Regulating Together

A hands-on workshop series where caregivers and kids learn together to build emotional regulation, resilience, and connection.

Regulating Together is a 5-week, in-person neurobehavioral program that helps children (ages 8 – 12)—along with their caregivers—build emotional regulation skills. Groups meet twice a week for 90 minutes, with children and caregivers meeting separately but at the same time.
