We provide individualized reading intervention designed to supplement school-based instruction. Using structured, evidence-based approaches such as Orton-Gillingham and Wilson-aligned methods, we help students build the foundational skills needed for long-term reading success.

Reading Intervention That Works

All services are provided online by a team of experienced specialists certified in Orton-Gilligham or Wilson Reading System approaches. Each student is thoughtfully matched with a provider based on screening, individual needs, age, and learning profile to ensure the best fit.

Services are available in both one-on-one and small group settings, depending on what will best to support your child’s learning.

Reading intervention is not one-size-fits-all. Recommendations for frequency, duration, and level of support are based on your child’s individual needs, age, and grade level. Some students may benefit from more intensive, short-term support, while others may need ongoing intervention over time.

We work with families to develop a plan that is both appropriate and sustainable.

Individualized support designed to build foundational reading skills and confidence.

Our approach incorporates structured, evidence-based methods, including principles used by certified specialists using Orton-Gillingham–based instruction and Wilson Reading System® approaches.

Sessions could focus on:

• Decoding and phonics
• Phonemes (the sounds of language)
• Alphabet principles 
• Word identification and vocabulary
• Fluency
• Reading comprehension
• Skill-building through systematic, evidence-based instruction

Many students receive reading support at school through intervention groups or classroom instruction. While these supports are important, we find that supplemental intervention outside of the classroom strengthens readers. 

Learning Insights provides supplemental intervention outside of the school setting that is:

• More individualized
• More intensive
• Tailored to your child’s specific learning profile
• Progress notes and monitoring to connect home and school 

Our goal is to complement, not replace, school-based services by providing the focused instruction some students need to make meaningful progress. 

Caregivers are kept informed through regular progress notes and ongoing monitoring. We use curriculum based measures to track how quickly students are improving and how well they apply new skills to real classroom reading. While many programs focus only on progress within the intervention, we look at both. We look at growth within sessions and how those skills carry over to school work, giving families in schools a clearer, more meaningful view of student progress.
